Limitations of Canada

Oh, how I'd love to own you.

I went to Pacific mall and Market village, the biggest East Asian mall in North America. I walked around and did some serious spending as usual. Lip gloss here and lashes there. To my dismay, they did not carry dolly wink products. Also, they did not carry darker shades in BB creams. Well, for foundation at least. Gah, I hate being tanned sometimes (I am a NC42 is MAC studio fix fluid for reference. I stocked up on face masks and lashes. I bought shelving unit for my room. I will take a picture eventually.

By the way, I finally got myself a point and shoot camera. Now I can take picture easily without the SLR.

EOS and Rhoto V Eye drops

Being Canadian can have its' downsides. Unfortunately, we do not carry these products. We do not have CVS, Wallgreens, or Rite Aid. I would get these products online but in the realm of drugstore items, shipping cost more to Canada than the product. Definitely a no no. Ugh, I hate living 1 and a half from the border. With gas 98.9 cent per liter, I can't justify going across the border. If i'm crazy i'll drive to the United State if my fiancee let me :(

Dinner Haul

I went out with my besties for dinner to celebrate my birthday which passed when I was sick in bed. The pickle barrel that we went to was conveniently located in a mall. I splurged a bit.

Summer is around the corner. I need a new sunscreen for the face. Shiseido is well known for sun protection.
I invested in their sunscreen for the face spf 50. A bit pricey for my liking $48CAD for 50mls.
Faint fragrance, but manageable. A little goes a long way. Lightweight and water proof. Most importantly non-greasy.
So far, i'm pleased.

Angel lipstick
I wanted to see what the rave was about. I love it. I am an NC 42 to 45, naturally dark. I love this for my skin tone.
It is a frost so its a bit drying l/s. I have to put carmex underneath.

Select cover-up concealer in NC42

Good for under eye circles and blemishes. Love the packaging. More hygenic than wands. I have bad eye bags.
Mainly because I work nigh shifts :(

Bubblegum lip scrub
Taste really good. Smell is amazing. Not the best lip exfoliater. Did not remove my dead skin. Ugh, chapped lips. Just rub on to you lips and lick away.

Honey, I washed the kids solid perfume
Love the soap. I wanted the scent, so I bought the next best thing. The solid perfume. Its way easier to carry around than a bar of soap or lotion.

New start

I got started on blog spot. I would have started a you tube account but am extremely shy.
Especially in my profession, I'd rather keep my life on the low.
I am on sick leave at the moment, so I am bored with my life.
I am quite the shopaholic. I can't help but spurlge on cosmetics.
Don't get me wrong, I work hard for my money. I have a shopping problem, no really.
This blog spot will be for random things really.
Mostly product reviews. Let see where this goes!
